This Course aims to familiarize participants with commercial catering practices and industry standards to complement and enhance existing cooking/catering skills. Eligibility Criteria
Bsc.Hotel management and Catering Science is a degree level courses, Duration of this course is 3 year. You should have passed HSC(+2) or Diploma in any stream.
Disadvantages
Normally Bsc.Hotel Management and catering Science is a degree level course but this program have some limitation. The main limitation of this course is you will never get job in IT sector or banking sector. As well as this course is not equal to other degree course such as Bsc computer science or Bcom. etc.. Also this course have no many higher study options. But i wish you to take this course if you have interest in cooking.and in my words this course is not suitable for girls. but for a change girls go ahead if you like this profession
